The masterclass is an educational and coaching experience. It is not therapy, counselling, psychiatric care, medical advice, legal advice or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for professional or emergency mental-health support.

Any outcomes described on this site are potential outcomes only. Individual results depend on your own reflection, circumstances and actions. No specific personal, professional or financial result is guaranteed.

Webinar participation

Registration is free and personal to you. Joining links are sent to the email address you register with and should not be shared. We may change the session date or time where necessary and will communicate any change by email.

Intellectual property

All content presented during the masterclass, including frameworks, slides, exercises and written resources, belongs to MANN KI BAAT with Shilpi Saha and is provided for your personal use only. It may not be reproduced, resold or redistributed.

Recording restrictions

Participants may not record, screen-capture, broadcast or publish any part of the live session. The session may be recorded by us; by attending you consent to being present in that recording.

Community behaviour

Sessions and community spaces are respectful, confidential environments. Anything shared by another participant stays within the room. We may remove anyone whose behaviour is disrespectful, disruptive or harmful.

Third-party platforms

The session and communications are delivered through third-party platforms such as the webinar provider, email provider and messaging providers. Their own terms and availability apply, and we are not responsible for outages on those platforms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MANN KI BAAT with Shilpi Saha is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your participation in the masterclass or your use of this website.
